La Pergola Ristorante

We were looking for something other than a big chain restaurant to eat at. Came across La Pergola Ristorante with a Google search. Collette was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. Very attentive and was very playful with my parents. Reviewers did not lie. The food was amazing and tasted authentic. I had veal parm and the wife had chicken parm. So good. My parents both had seafood linguine(no pic) they wasted no time in digging in lol. This place is truly a hidden gem and will definitely visit again.

La Pergola Ristorante is an absolute gem — and one of the best meals I’ve ever had! We ordered the chicken parmigiana and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and topped with just the right amount of sauce and melted cheese. It was served piping hot and the portion size was huge — definitely a great value for the price. The service made the night even better. Colette was amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She made us feel right at home and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and you can really feel the care and pride put into every detail — from the food to the service. Whether you’re going out for a casual dinner or celebrating something special, La Pergola is a fantastic choice. Absolutely loved my experience at La Pergola Ristorante. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana, and it was perfectly cooked,crispy on the outside, tender inside, with rich, flavorful sauce and just the right amount of cheese. The portion size was great, and the quality really stood out. Service was friendly and the atmosphere felt warm and authentic.

We dined here for the first time a few weeks ago and were absolutely blown away with the quality, presentation but more importantly the taste! It’s in the most random place, a hotel, the Marriot. It doesn’t look like much on the inside but 10/10 for the food that we ate. It was so good that I had to return a few days later and then ordered through Uber eats the following week and it was just as amazing! They are not stingy at all and more importantly they know how to cook pasta properly! The chef was hella cool and Colette the waitress was fantastic and even gave me a free cake! We are now regular customers and the prices are on point! 4 adults (two chicken Parmesan, 1 seafood pasta and the other pasta dish was $93.40 and everyone needed to go containers so enough for snacking and lunch the following day! I have been here twice and both times we were served by Colette. The food was good and the service was great. Collette kept making us laugh. Such an amazing young woman . The price was very good too. The meals and there pricing was so good. We didnt have to part with a lot of dollars to have the good meals we had.

We had an absolutely phenomenal time at La Pergola. It is a hidden gem and such a breath of fresh air considering Brampton is largely overrun by giant big box restaurants. Colette was an amazing server - so funny, thoughtful, attentive and caring - she is seriously such a lovely person and we could come back simply just to talk to her again. The food was excellent. The lamb was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. The seafood linguine was also delicious. And the portions were incredibly generous. We absolutely will be back. And after that we will be back again, and again.

Met a few friends for dinner. Wow. What a nice surprise. We had Chicken Supreme & Chicken Parmesan. Food was delicious & all prepared fresh, apparently. We even ordered chocolate fudge cake to share for dessert. I wish the wine list included Italian red wine by the glass & the atmosphere is pretty basic. The restaurant is inside a hotel. The most fun was our wonderful server, Colette. Such a personality & breath of fresh air.

We went here for the Valentines Date promo and we did not get disappointed. For appetizers, we chose calamari (very crispy and flavourful) and Caesar salad (basic and refreshing). For the main course, we had Salmon (very filling and sauce is to die for) and the Steak and Shrimp Dinner (highlight of the night. It's moist and my type of steak). For dessert, we had the NY cheesecake and the chocolate cake (this is better). Cannot complain with the food. I enjoyed it and we devoured our plates. Everything for 120 CAD. I say it's pretty affordable with all that food. The server, Collette, is very accommodating and funny. She has a lots of customers but she makes sure that each table is taken care of. She would crack jokes here and there. No wonder everyone loves her. It's winter so nothing much to see outside. The place is small. You will feel a little crampy. Other than that, we enjoyed our meal here. Will definitely be back.
